Bio
Samara Foss
Director, Member Experience
I have been with TEEMA since 2013. I began in the Billing Department overseeing the Canadian and US Billings and Accounts Receivable functions. In 2018 I was promoted to the role of Director of Member Experience where I manage the Member Support team, New Member On-Boarding, TEEMA’s IT Support department and System Administration. Within these teams they manage Bullhorn Time and Expense; this includes, managing client timecards, and assisting consultants to make sure all hours are entered and approved. The Member Support team provides unlimited assistance answering any and all questions that come their way. I also provide leadership, support and oversight to the following Member services: Job Boards and Tools, TEEMAconnect, the Lunch and Learn program, the TEEMA Jobs Marketplace, New Member Prospects, Centralized Services for Sourcing programs, TEEMA University and answering the support@, timesheet@ and it@ inboxes. I also plan and organize the annual Sales Conference and P-Club. In my free time, you can find me at a hockey rink watching my two boys playing the sport they love.
