As an Architect in the world of work for the past +17 years, I have performed various Human Capital positions in some of the largest Human Capital organizations in the world: Recruiter, Branch Manager, Account Executive, Branch Manager, Director, Vice-President and President.
Today, at TEEMA, my primary responsibility is to support and inspire our membership community to co-design, synchronize and execute our growth strategies to ensure we provide an exceptional recruitment experience. My mission (why) is to enable other Human Capital Architects to inspire themselves to create an enhanced and enriched life for their talent and clients within the communities where we live, play and work.
