What you will be doing:
  • Identify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for contract and direct hire roles
  • Evaluate and interview applicants based on a consistent set of qualifications
  • Manage follow-up and relationship with all candidates to ensure retention, loyalty and development of new business
  • Seeks and utilizes new methods of attracting candidates
  • Stays current on healthcare staffing industry trends and requirements
  • Consistently attain and contribute to individual, team and company goals

What you need to have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a successful Healthcare Recruiter
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
