As the Change Management Consultant, you will follow a Standard Practice of OCM delivery aimed at identifying, coordinating, and implementing people-oriented change management activities proven to help people become ready, willing, and able to successfully undergo change. You will focus on complex initiatives varying is size and scope, with the intent of generating faster end-user adoption, ultimate utilization and greater proficiency on changes that impact the group team members, driving strategic value and expediting realization of specific benefits.

Specific Accountabilities:
  • Consider the Group’s strategy, structure, process, and culture when diagnosing change including organizational, individual, economic, cultural, social, business processes and political forces.
  • Maintain a long term, strategic, and tactical view of the change to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Coach projects and initiatives to identify and articulate strategic alignment on change initiatives and deep understanding of change management across the business.
  • Recognize likely impacts on business strategies and plans and inform OCM, Project and Business leaders and teams.
  • Builds lasting solution, owned by the business, which take account of other current and future changes in the business.
  • Identify communications needs, stakeholder views, plan stakeholder engagement, plan and prioritize activities and tailor communication materials.
  • Assess impacts and training needs requirements for each stakeholder group and partner company in conjunction with Learning & Development team.  Develop a plan and monitor the rollout of training for all stakeholders, according to the project management plan.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Foundational knowledge and experience to grow from…:
  • University degree in Business Administration, Business Management or Organizational Development or equivalent experience with another 3 years’ experience as a change practitioner, inclusive of the application & influence of change management principles, methodologies, tools, processes, and behaviors within medium to large-scale organizational change efforts. This experience brings you familiarity with Prosci® Change Management Methodology & various content management systems. Banking industry knowledge or experience is a significant asset (Commercial banking experience would be ideal).
