Challenge
- Our client was awarded a DOD Veterans contract for Regions 4 and 5, with over 16 states requiring servicing contracts and services.
- The client urgently needed to fill 75 Data Entry Representatives and 200 Claims CSRs within 60 days.
- There were 8 staffing vendors, including a long-time partner who couldn’t fulfill the demands of 500+ roles, so TEEMA was added.
Solution
- We built a team of 40+ Recruiters and added an Administrative Assistant and Coordinator.
- We developed a customized delivery and recruiting strategy, including role-specific assessments, screening and vetting.
