I began my recruitment career in 2005 and joined TEEMA in March 2014. Since my entire recruitment career has been heavily focused on the electronic design and manufacturing space, I joined TEEMA in an Engineering Lead role. When the Partner program was launched, I transitioned into the Partner role. I’m a Recruiter at heart and believe heavily in making the match. I focus the majority of my time supporting clients, building and supporting my Partner group as well as contributing to leadership discussions within TEEMA. Since joining TEEMA, I have been a perennial President’s Club attendee and most recently, had a career year, in 2022. I was the top quarterly biller for Q4 2021 and Q1 2022.

Professionally, my passion is to be a Servant Leader. After completing multiple DISC assessments, my strengths lean heavily towards S & I = Enthusiasm, Action, Collaboration and Support.
