Bio

Mark Hardy

Partner

Mark Hardy is a seasoned staffing and recruitment professional with a passion for building strong teams and long-term client relationships in the Pacific Northwest. He started Recruiting in 2015 and has gained experience in business development and executive headhunting, for both direct hires or contract placements,

Mark brings a dynamic and results-driven approach to talent acquisition, usually helping organizations within the Construction & Engineering Industry, however his industry reach spans a wide variety of verticals as well.

Before entering the world of recruitment, Mark had a distinguished career as a professional baseball player. Drafted by the San Diego Padres in 2010, he pitched across five Minor League affiliates, reaching as high as Double-A, and represented Canada on the Senior Men’s National Team in several international tournaments. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of British Columbia while playing for the UBC Varsity Baseball team.

Whether he’s helping a fast-growing company build out their core team or mentoring colleagues at TEEMA, Mark leads with integrity, competitiveness, and a deep understanding of people — values honed both on the field and in business.
