I have worked at TEEMA since 2012, in that time I have had the great fortune of being involved in many Operational departments – General Support to Payroll Management. Since 2021 I serve as the Director of Operations, previously I served as the Operations Manager from 2018-2020. It is an honor to be able to work with very passionate TEEM Members every day. My ability to empathize and give support to all people relating to our company is my prime motivation. I am always striving towards ownership thinking, resourcefulness, and resilience. I enjoy collaborating with key Members in the evaluation and implementation of new projects, ensuring the best path forward, especially how we can smoothly support the system in the future. These goals have allowed me to feel at home at TEEMA and in my current role; building heart-full relationships is the icing on my TEEMA cake. I am a proud Mexican woman, who loves her heritage as well as Canada! Which has been my home since 2003.
