I got my start in the recruiting industry in 2007 after completing my undergrad degree in Molecular Biology. I decided life in a labcoat was a bit too solitary and didn’t align with my love of working with people. I quickly became one of the top in my field, achieving #1 recruiter status in my first year of recruitment. I made President’s Club every year of my career and am consistently in the top 5% of performers at TEEMA. I have assisted in achieving top vendor status with clients as a Delivery Advisor, consulted on various committees, initiatives, process improvements and spearheaded programs like cross-border consulting. I still run a full desk, working as both a Recruiter and Client Manager. While the majority of my success is in contract staffing for Technology and Healthcare IT (HIT), my skills and experience have enabled me to support a wide variety of clients in various verticals with both permanent and contract staffing needs. My scope of work increased as a Partner and now includes membership recruitment and retention.
