What we need
We are seeking to add experienced staffing professionals to our team to run an active desk and be an integral part of growing our team. This position will have you working with clients and / or candidates throughout the recruitment process. You will also be an active member of our ‘committees’ responsible for implementing workflows and processes to improve the TEEMA experience. Your role may include these responsibilities in part or in full but is not limited to the following:
  • Manage a full cycle recruiting desk
  • Execute recruiting strategies to build effective networks and relationships to maintain a strong pipeline of top talent
  • Ability to assess the candidate's skills and competency for technical positions
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies, practices and company values are maintained
 
Required Experience:
  • 5+  years recruiting for high-tech positions and / or 5+ years of business development experience 
  • Experience working with clients, the candidate community or both
  • Experience and proven success working in a virtual environment would be ideal
  • Proven track record of successfully managing full cycle recruiting of passive and active candidates
  • Proficient knowledge of a variety of sourcing strategies, networks, and social tools
  • Ability to advise and influence during recruitment process
  • Experienced with online mainstream ATS systems – bonus if you have used Maxhire
