What we are looking for:
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of staffing industry experience preferably in an agency.
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of new business development or account management experience.
  • You are passionate and accountable to you goals and not afraid of failure (this is how we learn and grow).
  • Network of clients / candidates so you can hit the ground running.
  • Self-sufficient, self-management and a self-starter.
  • A strong work ethic and sense of commitment.
  • Legally entitled to work in US or Canada.
