One of TEEMA’s clients is looking to hire a Project Manager for their project which will facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.

What you will be doing:
  • Project initiation and planning; plan, organize and lead small project teams; assist with managing projects from initial planning stages to production implementation; Assist project staff.
  • Budget development, tracking, and variance reporting; create and maintain project plans, issue logs, and change control under direction of Project Manager and Project Management Office.
  • Resource planning and assignment.
  • Stakeholder analysis to identify the key project Stakeholders and their expectations.
  • Project tracking and status reporting.
  • Other duties as assigned. 
What you have:
  • Certification in business or solution architecture. 
  • 8 years’ experience in a project management or project team lead role including developing project plans and leading project teams. 
  • 8 years’ experience in a solution or enterprise architect role developing strategic roadmaps and defining the architecture for the integration of multiple applications. 
  • 2 years’ experience participating in the replacement of legacy systems and technology used to directly support a call center. 
  • 2 years’ experience implementing or upgrading telephony solutions. 
  • 1 year of experience implementing or upgrading the Allscripts suite of solutions in a clinical environment.
  • 1 year of experience implementing or upgrading the Admission, Discharge, and Transfer (ADT) solutions in an acute care environment. 
  • 1 year of experience designing integration between healthcare information systems following the Health Level 7 (HL7) standard.
